1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of KorOS Build. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with the permissions given to you by a project or organisation.
2. Accounts and roles
You are responsible for accurate account details, secure sign-in information and activity performed through your account. Your role controls the information and actions available to you. Do not share access or attempt to enter a workspace you have not been invited to.
3. Project data and privacy
Project participants retain responsibility for the records they add. KorOS Build separates public professional information from private engagement, payroll, attendance, financial and identity records. You must have permission before uploading personal data, drawings, photographs or documents belonging to another party.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use KorOS Build to misrepresent qualifications, alter approved records without authority, upload harmful material, harass another person, breach intellectual-property rights or interfere with the service. Verified information must identify its source; self-edited information may require verification again.
5. Plans and payments
Workers and invited participants are not charged for access. Contractor plans are based on active projects rather than labour seats. Any paid plan, tax, renewal and cancellation details shown at purchase take precedence over general website summaries.
6. Offline use and availability
Some features can continue offline and synchronise later. Users should review pending changes after reconnection. We may maintain, change or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Professional responsibility
KorOS Build supports project administration but does not replace professional judgement, contracts, statutory inspections or legal and financial advice. Project participants remain responsible for checking records and making authorised decisions.
